Our Story
Founded in 2015 as Delapan Bali Events & Wedding, we have since grown and established ourselves as Bali's destination wedding planner. Refreshing ourselves is 2022 as Delapan Planner, we maintain a dedicated team of wedding planners and organizers who have worked with over 200 clients to make their dream wedding in Bali come true. We look forward to making yours too!

Founder & CEO
Jessica & Adi
Passionate and determined, Jessica found her true calling within the wedding industry as a wedding planner and founder of Delapan Planner since 2015.
In partnership with her husband, Jessica nurtured Delapan Planner into one of the largest wedding companies in Bali with more than 200 weddings conducted, as well as actively maintaining a network of working relationship with Indonesia's top wedding vendors.
Marketing Executive & Wedding planner
Bianda
An International Relations graduate, Bianda uses her diplomatic skills to win the hearts of her clients. She has handled more than 30 clients (and counting!) since she joined Delapan Planner in February 2018. Influenced by her family business, she has been involved in the event organizer industry since high school. Bianda considers her work as a wedding planner in Bali to be a hobby, while she also enjoys travelling and hopes to be a full-time traveller soon.

Mita
Well-travelled and well-experienced, Mita spent several years living in Jakarta and Surabaya before deciding to move back to Bali to focus on Delapan Planner as one of its first wedding planners in 2017. Mita who has also been involved in the event organizer industry since 2008. Her atypical sense of humour compliments her perfectionism at work, because she considers work isn't just about the thing that you do, but it's also the thing that you love!

Femmy
When Femmy isn't organizing your wedding, she's usually seen scrolling through her online shopping list and planning her next travel destination. An experienced event organizer, Femmy has been routinely involved in running Java Jazz Festival in Jakarta since high school. Following her interest, she graduated in Hospitality and took freelancing in events and weddings until she joined the Delapan Planner team as a full-time wedding planner.

With a degree in Event Management, Eros has been making a career in the wedding industry since 2013. Both skilled and friendly, he also loves making people's wedding dreams come true as much as he loves his coffee and pain au chocolat every morning.
Creative Designer & Social media manager
Brenda
As an architecture graduate, Brenda has a strong passion in design from the very beginning. She worked as a wedding decorator back in early 2017 when she suddenly fell in love with the wedding industry. Armed with her insight in design, she has been following wedding trends and concepts since then. Currently, she is a creative designer at Delapan Planner.
Wedding Planner Assistant & admin
Clara
Having studied in China, Clara spent most of her days as a Mandarin lecturer. In 2020 she moved to Bali and she found a new enjoyment in being a part of other's happiest day as a wedding crew. Long story short, when Delapan Planner asked her to join the team, she didn't even think twice to fully start her experience in the wedding industry.
Wedding Planner assistant & Admin
Arri
Arri began her career in Delapan Planner as an intern back in 2019. An imaginative personality, she loves watching movies in between work and completing her degree. Once she graduated in Event Management from POLTEKPAR BALI in 2021, Arri continued her work with Delapan Planner and was officially brought into the team as the youngest planner assistant.
