Autumn Wedding

We met Alvin & Anggun at one occassion in Jakarta where they came to us with only a vague idea about having an autumn wedding. We love communicating with our clients so we dug deeper into this idea until they settled on November as their wedding month. For sure, we then had to pick the right venue for their dream autumn wedding. 

To be honest, it was a little tricky since November usually means Bali is in the middle of the wet season where rainfall is at one of its highest. Another thing to consider is that we did not want to have a venue with green grass because autumn colours simply would not fit in. 

Finally, after a long, satisfying discussion and careful consideration we took the couple to Villa Plenilunio in Uluwatu. The white-washed joglo houses and white terrazzo all over the venue perfectly complemented their chosen autumn colours. Just like painting on a blank canvas, by combining maroon, mauve, peach, beautiful phalaenopsis orchids, dry flowers and pampas grass, we turned the venue into a grand autumn landscape of the couple’s dreams.
