Melding The Two Cultures

Sharon and Gera started planning their wedding in less than 2 months from their decided wedding date. Their wishes were simple: to get all of their family together. However, both of them came from large families. 

So we took them to Samabe Resort, a five-star hotel with a sea view chapel. Samabe has a large garden with up to 300 guests capacity, which allowed them to invite all of their families. Samabe also presented the couple with Asian cuisine that suited the taste of all of the guests. Sharon and Gera’s wedding was made even livelier by the performance of Dayak traditional dance as a symbolic introduction of the groom’s family to the bride’s, who are mainly from Java. 

Their wedding was a beautiful melding of two cultures.
